Which postal service do you use? All items are sent by First Class Post , Recorded or Special delivery as required, International post is sent by Airmail
What payments do you accept? You can pay online via paypal, this is a secure payment gateway and non of your financial details are passed on to me. You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way, just a credit or debit card. I also accept U.K cheques or postal orders, please click the 'pay by post' option at checkout. Please allow cheques 7 days for clearance.
Do you accept returns? : Yes within 7 days of receipt, items must be in original unopened packaging.
How Long will it take to get my order? Please allow 48-72 hours for dispatch, allthough I try to post within 24 hours. Some personalised cards or commissioned cards may take longer
What card do you use for your die cut shapes? Unless otherwise stated all Die Cuts are cut from good quality card manufactured by the paper mill shop in the U.K, some die cuts are cut from speciality card ie: Bazzill, Silver, Gold, Glitter as stated in item listings.
I want different colours/quantities of die cuts to those listed? Please email me if you cant find what you need I am always happy to produce custom orders if possible.
Diecutdesigns copyright: You are welcome to use any of my die cuts on hand crafted items for sale, however the actual design must not be copied into a die cutter or any other medium.
